In my late 50’s, I still possess the same passion for health and fitness as I did when I was introduced to fitness training through resistance training some 40 years ago. I knew early on that I wanted to understand the science behind exercise to maximize my own health and develop a program for others seeking a highly effective and safe form of exercise. To that end, I achieved my degree in Kinesiology and pursued the study of leading experts while gaining experience in personal training. Over that time, I have been able to separate fitness facts from myths, leading to the creation of Sentry Strength - a professional space offering a research-based program for all ages and abilities.
